A new tool to ensure success of allografts!

At the recent ASH conference, our collaborators presented this exciting new tool they have been developing and implementing to allow the close and meticulous follow up of patients following an allogenic stem cell transplant. This method allows to predict the success of the transplant within weeks, and can potentially be applied to gene therapy too!

These new tools are exciting prospects for the care and follow-up of sickle cell and thalassemia patients!
